HOW WE WORK
What we do
No surprises. We share this upfront so you always know exactly what to expect from us.
Organization, coordination & support.🌿
We help you stay organized, keep track of what needs to happen, and communicate with the licensed professionals you rely on — so nothing falls through the cracks.
We are not attorneys, financial advisors, accountants, or medical professionals. We work alongside your professional team. You always make the decisions. We organize and coordinate.
Information, not advice
We explain how the Wisconsin process generally works in plain language. When a question calls for legal judgment about your specific situation, that’s the moment we connect you with the right professional.
Two ways we support you:
Support person in the room
Cristina attends meetings with you, takes notes, and helps you ask the questions that matter. No authorization paperwork needed — you simply bring her.
Authorized communicator
Cristina speaks with your attorney, bank, accountant, or other professionals to relay information and gather updates when you’re not present. Requires a signed Client Authorization Letter.
A Client Authorization Letter allows us to communicate and coordinate on your behalf. It does not allow us to transact — we cannot move money, close accounts, sign documents, or make decisions for you. Those actions remain with you, or a person you have legally appointed (such as an agent under a Power of Attorney). You retain full decision-making authority at all times.
